Coco Cooper is pleased to offer free US ground shipping and returns. Your order will likely arrive within 3 - 6 business days depending on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information. The order can be tracked through USPS
Product may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date. The items must be in original condition with all Coco Cooper garment tags attached. They may not be washed, worn or altered.
To process an exchange, go to the returns center and choose the exchange option when prompted.
Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

You can start your return at the returns center. Once you have completed a returns form, a return label will be generated immediately to return product back to us.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
Purchases not made at cococooper.com cannot be returned to us.

SALE ITEM RETURNS
Sale items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. In addition, items purchased at a discount of more than 40% are non-refundable and are only eligible for store credit. However, we will allow a size exchange if available. Sale items can be exchanged for size within 14 days of purchase date.
Product purchased during a promotion period are eligible for the standard 30-day return policy. For exchanges, the promotion price does not apply once the promotion has ended and you will be charged the difference. Exchanges for size are eligible for an even exchange.
